				Effects Controls: Time (4) Use the Time Line window. To bring up the Time Line window, choose Time Line… from the Tools menu. The Time Line window contains a time controller for each effect that's applied to the video. It also includes a time controller for each audio track that is in the video. Click and drag on the start point or end point of the effect. You can also drag the entire selection for a particular effect. This will move both the start and end point, without changing the length of the effect.
